Hotend Heating Assembly for Bambu Lab A1 / A1 Mini

Replace a damaged hotend heating assembly or keep a spare ready for future maintenance. Designed for the Bambu Lab A1 and A1 Mini, this assembly includes the heater and thermistor used to heat the hotend and monitor its temperature.

When Might You Need a Replacement?

• Damaged heater or thermistor: replace the assembly when the fault has been traced to these components.
• Damage after a failed print: a replacement may be needed if accumulated plastic has damaged the assembly, wiring or retaining mechanism.
• Broken hotend retaining mechanism: replace a damaged assembly that can no longer secure the hotend correctly.
• Spare parts for regular printing: keep a replacement on hand so you do not have to order one only after a failure occurs.

Check before replacing: heating and temperature errors can have several causes. Inspect the connections and follow the printer manufacturer's troubleshooting guidance before ordering.

Installation

Replacing the heating assembly requires access to the toolhead, mounting screws and electrical connections. The hotend's quick-release mechanism does not make heating assembly replacement a tool-free procedure.
